What is included in the Basic plan?
The Basic plan is free for existing marketing automation customers and includes essential features like starting/stopping connections, viewing existing connections, and using the Sync Now feature once per month. It also includes basic support and standard reporting.
What comes with the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan includes everything in Basic, plus the ability to create new connections, customize sync frequency, use Sync Now up to 30 times per month (daily), access board archives, priority support, advanced analytics, and custom integrations. It's perfect for teams that need full control over their data synchronization.
How is Enterprise plan billing calculated?
The Enterprise plan is billed at $500 per user per month. This gives each team member full access to all Enterprise features and allows you to scale your automation capabilities as your team grows.
What is the Sync Now feature?
Sync Now allows you to manually trigger an immediate data synchronization between your connected platforms. Basic plans can use this once per month, while Enterprise users can trigger up to 30 syncs per month, enabling daily updates when needed.
What kind of support is included?
Basic plans include standard email support with regular response times. Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times, dedicated account management, and access to technical expertise for custom integration needs.
